AHSE

AHSE is an annual assessment tool based on a comparison between self-assessment and manager's assessment on professional skills. It facilitates strengths and development areas identification and allows comparison between participants' profiles and job's expectations.

This self awareness will give to participants a clear view on their professional skills and development needs on 6 axes : Communication, organisation, action, diagnostic, anticipation and quality / Responsability.

Without being an objective assessment, the method is based on specific questionnaire for each position. It questions specific events and precise expectation for the job.

Results can be linked with individual career path within the company and could lead to a personal development plan with some trainings in order to ensure success and performance on current position.
